Are your chemicals and reagents original and certified?
Yes. We are direct importers and authorized distributors for globally recognized brands including J.T. Baker, Rankem, SRL, Sigma-Aldrich, and HiMedia. Every batch is traceable to the original manufacturer and is accompanied by an authentic Certificate of Analysis (COA) and Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).
What sectors do you supply chemicals to?
We supply analytical, research, and industrial-grade chemicals to pharmaceutical manufacturers, textile & RMG wet-processing labs, food & beverage testing facilities, environmental water-testing labs, universities, research institutions, and medical diagnostics centers.
Can anyone purchase restricted chemicals (e.g., concentrated acids, controlled solvents)?
No. In strict accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, controlled and restricted substances—such as concentrated mineral acids (Nitric, Sulfuric, Hydrochloric) and regulated narcotics/precursor solvents (Absolute Ethanol, Methanol, Acetone, Toluene, Potassium Permanganate)—require verified documentation. Buyers must furnish valid DC Acid Purchase/Possession Permits, Narcotics User Licenses, institutional authorizations, or educational lab authorizations prior to invoice processing.
Do you provide COA, MSDS, and technical documentation with each order?
Yes. Digital or physical copies of the batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) and Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) are supplied with your delivery upon request.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We cater to both small-scale research demands and bulk industrial orders. Standard reagents and consumables can be ordered in single pack sizes (e.g., 100g, 500mL). For bulk raw materials and drum-sized industrial solvents, minimum order quantities vary by chemical grade and packaging type.
How are hazardous chemicals safely packaged and transported?
All chemicals are packed in UN-certified containers (amber glass bottles, HDPE containers, or heavy-duty chemical drums) adhering to international chemical transit protocols. Within Dhaka, deliveries are handled via secure transport. For shipments outside Dhaka, we use licensed logistics partners experienced in handling fragile glassware and hazardous materials.
Can I place an institutional purchase order (PO) or request a corporate quotation?
Absolutely. Institutional buyers, universities, and corporate procurement teams can submit formal Requests for Quotation (RFQs) through our website or directly via email at sales@brightscientific.com. We issue formal proforma invoices, work orders, and VAT-compliant challans (Mushak-6.3).
