1. Eligibility for Returns

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Provide order number, photos, and reason for return
   
   
3. Wait for our approval and instructions
   
   
4. Ship the product back or request pickup (where available)
   
   

Returned items must be:

• Unused
  
  
• In original packaging
  
  
• Fully complete with accessories
  
  

4. Refunds

Once the returned product is inspected:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days
  
  
• Refund method depends on original payment method
  
  

Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is ours.

5. Replacement Policy

We may replace the product if stock is available.
 If not, we will provide a refund or offer a similar product.
